The only thing wrong with this tea (other then the fact it is expensive for tea) would concern a strange thing I have noticed: The tea will make me feel great if it is the morning, although it will not necessarily wake me up, but it will keep me in a decent/good mood. Either way, I am certain this acts as an anti-depressant, as I have suffered from depression and this lifts me up. One of my acquaintances, a doctor from Bolivia who practices here in the US, said that he recommended it, as drinking this tea down there is used in the same respect we use coffee, with the added benefit of nutrients. I am not sure if the "Calidad de exportacion" (translation "exported quality") means the leaves have undergone a process taking out some of the leaves natural elements to make this available for legal shipment, or if it means they are in their natural form. Even though the effects very for me, I do feel something, and it is overall pleasant. I have noticed that if I make the tea fresh, it will keep me running, but if I reheat, it may make me sleepy.
I am wondering if overheating this can change the effects.
It is definitely some sort of anti-depressant.
I had to do a lot of research to feel good about ordering this but I do plan on ordering some more, possible trying a different brand.
The tea is good, and it tastes very similar to green tea, but I find one bag is a little too much for me, so I make a whole teapot using just one bag.
I am certain of these noticeable effects as the first time I drank this, my mouth felt almost slightly numb, and I was not expecting or looking for this.If coca leaves were kept natural, and people didn't abuse the effects by extraction, this would definitely be much healthier then Coffee/Caffeine.
However, if I am very stressed after a long day, or in a socially awkward situation, it will literally almost put me to sleep.
(similar to the effects coffee can have on me) So I will re-frame from giving this 5 stars as it seems to have different effects depending on what mood I was in (or possibly, the tea has different effects on different people).
This "exported quality" is for certain not even the slightest bit addicting.

All I can say is that I love this stuff. I use two bags along with one bag of Green Tea in the morning with breakfast and it provides me with loads of energy. Warning, If I drink it after 1:00 PM it keeps me awake most of the night so use care if you want to get any sleep and use it at breakfast.
Great shipping -- 3 days earlier than expected. Careful packaging too.The product -- it tasted great and fresh. The aroma was fragrant, and when I drank the tea, I did feel invigorated with a loss of appetite. Works like a charm for those horrible 3am problem sets.
I don't know how I functioned before I found this magical stuff.it's like being up 4 to nothing in the second inning.everyday.sometimes I still loose the game.but up 4 nothing in the second inning.i like my odds :)
20 tea bags dropped in one gallon of 100% Pure Aloe Vera Natural Juice with every meal, snacks also ( do not cheat. tastes bitter but works) helps with those hard to lose extra pounds, I saw results after two weeks.
